Know all Men by these Presents, That James Marshall by virtue of the Power of Attorney from John Barker Church bearing date the twenty ninth day of September have hereunto in clause of substitution therein to me given and made substituted and appointed, and by these Presents do make, substitute and appoint, and in his Place and Stead, put and depute Messrs. Harrison and Sterett of Philadelphia Merchants my true and lawful Attorneys Substitute for and in the Name of the said John Barker Church or in my Name as his Attorney to assign and transfer to Messrs. Pieter De Smeth and Jean Samuel Condore of Amsterdam Merchants the white any of two hundred and fifty Shares in the by the following Property wherein Land Company Certificates with standing in the name of the said John Barker Church vizt.
