Containing four hundred acres, together with all and singular the Rights, Hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining: Excepting and Reserving to ourselves all Gold and Silver mines, and five acres of every hundred acres of the said tract of land for high ways...In Testimony whereof We have caused these our Letters to be made Patent and the Great Seal of our said State to be hereunto affixed.
